International professional certificate

The "Union internationale de la boulangerie et de la boulangerie-pâtisserie", called UIB, is the worldwide association of bakers and baker-confectioners craft. The vocational training is one of its main assignments. The various training systems and the very different standards required a coordination in the basic training among the involved countries.
