trainee in your bakery will enable you to receive information on
foreign techniques and methods. |

qualified their education. |
 |
Bakers or confectioners
can offer their exchange places. |
 |
Participating UIB
countries are: Denmark, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain,
Switzerland, United States. |
How does it work?
|
The UIB has a seperate internet site (www.bakerexchange.org)
for the exchange program. It is used as a registration system for
trainees and bakeries. In this way, a trainee from one country can go to a
bakery in another country for a period of time (4 to 6 months). Apart from
registering and enrolling you can also find general information on the
system, the rules and possibilities, the costs, the aid you can get and
you will find an example of a contract.
If you do not have access to internet, you can ask for written
information and application forms at the office.
